Varietal: 100% Sauvignon Blanc.
Vineyards: Tupungato, Mendoza.
Harvest: Manual. In order to achieve a greater aromatic complexity, two harvests are carried out, at two different moments of ripeness of the clusters.
Winemaker: Lic. Mariano Di Paola
Winemaker Notes:
Pale yellow in colour with steely reflections. On the nose, the typical fresh notes of the grape (herbs, freshly cut grass) are perceived, but the fruity aromas (citrus) also emerge intensely. On the palate, it confirms the aromatic palette, with a fresh and sparkling entry, leaving a long, slightly unctuous aftertaste.
Food Pairing:
Green salad, wild asparagus, seafood, spicy pies, fish casserole, goat cheese
