Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations can only be made in writing (by email, to malbecandfriends@gmail.com) prior to dispatch. Please be aware that once payment is authorised, dispatch may be at any time and we will notify you if your goods have already been dispatched. Refunds can be made in the event of broken or damaged goods, where evidence of such breakages is recorded and forwarded to us. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
