At Malbec&Friends, we want the United Kingdom to discover the best wines and brands from Argentina.

That is why we offer something different and exquisite: high-altitude wines.

VIRTUES OF OUR WINES: ALTITUDE AS A KEY FACTOR

The wines we represent come from high-altitude regions, which contributes significantly to their quality.
- Mendoza (Uco Valley): approximately 1,100 metres above sea level.
- Cafayate, Salta (Finca Las Nubes): up to 1,800 metres above sea level

The altitude generates greater temperature variation and slower ripening, which translates into wines with excellent acidity, concentration of aromas, freshness and elegance.

We also have wines from lower altitudes such as:
- Mendoza (Maipú) approximately 750 m above sea level.
- Mendoza (San Rafael) approximately 800 m above sea level.

These are at a lower altitude than the Uco Valley, but their warmer climate allows for more
rounded, fruity and smooth wines, ideal for accessible and easy-to-drink styles.
