A: We specialize in a premium selection of Argentine wines, including the most prestigious Malbec labels, as well as Rosé, Torrontés, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Sparkling Wines from Mendoza. |

A: Yes, there is a minimum spend of £40. However, we offer a volume discount of up to 10% when purchasing 6 units or more. |
| Q: How can I purchase a wine that is out of stock? |
A: If a wine is sold out, you can contact us at malbecandfriends@gmail.com to register your interest. We will notify you as soon as the new vintage is available. |
| Q: Do you offer gift options or Gift Cards? |
A: Yes, we offer special Gift Boxes (Mixed Cases) and digital Gift Cards starting from £40, which are perfect for a last-minute present. |
| Q: Where do you ship? |
A: We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom (UK) with the exception of Northern Ireland. Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of the UK. |
| Q: What is the shipping cost? |
A: The standard shipping cost is £9.99. |
| Q: How long will my order take to arrive? |
A: Our standard shipping takes 1 to 4 working days (Monday to Friday). If the order is placed before 11:30 am, it may arrive the next day, depending on the area. During peak demand (Christmas), we recommend ordering in advance. |
| Q: What is the cut-off date to receive my order before Christmas? |
A: To guarantee delivery before December 25th, the last day to place orders is December 20th. |
| Q: What happens if the wine arrives damaged? |
A: We package our orders with the utmost care. If an order arrives damaged, please contact us at malbecandfriends@gmail.com within the first 24 hours, attaching a photo of the damage, and we will immediately arrange a replacement or a full refund. |
| Q: What is your returns policy? |
A: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return unopened bottles in their original condition within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding the original shipping cost). Please consult our full Refund Policy for more details. |
| Q: Can I cancel or modify my order? |
