Winemaker Notes:
Intense bright ruby red. The nose is full of fresh red fruit (raspberry) with a floral touch (violet). These aromas become elegantly complex in the mouth, with smoky notes and a marked juiciness.

Cured or smoked sausages and cold meats, red tuna, mushroom dishes, roasted and stuffed game birds (quail), hare stew, roast pork, rabbit with vegetables.
