Aging: 24 months on French Oak Barrels. 12 months for each varietal and then 12 months for the blend.

Winemaker Notes:
You can observe a brilliant ruby colored wine with garnet hints. On the nose, matured red fruits with floral hints of violets. Delicate notes of species, sweet pepper slightly minted. On the mouth it is a wine with great concentration and complexity. A red with great character and a fine, elegant and prolonged finish.
Food Pairing:
Grilled and roasted red meats, game meat, baked poultry, goat. Table of cold meats and mature cheeses.
