San Rafael. A small percentage of grapes from outside suppliers of San Rafael is used, on which an audit and follow-up is conducted by the Agronomy Division of
Casa Bianchi throughout the year.
Tasting Notes:
Greenish-yellow sparkling wine with soft golden reflections, with delicate and persistent bubbles that form a very seductive white crown, hallmark of the Traditional Champenoise Method. Its delicate aromas of white peaches, mineral hints and notes of toasted bread give signs of elegance achieved by aging the sparkling wine in the bottle on its lees.
On the palate, this sparkling wine is friendly, complex, balanced and with a very good structure, which makes it a very pleasant drinking experience. Its finish leaves an interesting freshness, thanks to its balanced acidity, which invites you to continue toasting
