Variety: 100 % Cabernet Franc
Vineyards: Uco Valley, Los Chacayes, Mendoza.
Oak Aging: French
Winemaker Notes:
This cabernet franc presents a deep red color with amazing purple hues of great intensity and liveliness. Its intense aromas dominate on the nose with notes of black and red berries, in particular, blackcurrants and ripe redcurrants, very well combined with sweet spices such as red peppers, black pepper, balanced with notes from its oak aging such as vanilla and smoky aromas. All of these provide a complexity which combines with its freshness to make this wine an exceptional example of cabernet franc. Great structure and volume in the mouth, with sweet tannins, succulent, elegant, with balanced acidity and an excellent finish in the mouth that make it persistent and harmonious.
