Tasting Notes:
Golden yellow, with greyish green hues. It was made with the total oxygen protection method, from harvest to packaging. Its freshness profile preserves subtle floral aromas combined with an accent of white fruit (peach) and citrus, maintaining a very good balance between sweetness and acidity.

Aperitif, grilled sea fish, grilled anchovies, salads, guacamole, spicy empanadas, wild asparagus, vegetable tart, fresh goat and cow cheeses.
